Face-coverings
The wearing of a face-covering on public transport is strongly recommended to protect both passengers and our staff. This applies even if you are in the same household group.
Social distancing
To ensure that you have enough space onboard our coaches, we have reduced the maximum amount of passengers per vehicle. Our team can help you plan safe seating arrangements for your group.
Contactless ticketing
If your service uses tickets (for example, a school or business shuttle), you can use our mobile ticket platform to reduce the risk of cross-contamination associated with paper tickets.
Protective screens
For added protection we've fitted safety screens on every seat. This creates a physical barrier between passengers and enhances the flow of fresh air from the climate system.
Driver PPE
All of our drivers have PPE, including a face-covering or mask, although these are not mandatory for transport workers. Drivers also have the option to wear a face visor for extra protection during passenger boarding/alighting.
Enhanced cleaning
We’ve introduced enhanced vehicle cleaning processes, with a particular focus on key touch-points. Also, our coaches are now routinely cleaned using an advanced anti-viral interior fogging agent proven to be effective against Covid-19.
