Service Updates
Please be advised that due to ongoing utility works, Upper Grosvenor Road in Tunbridge Wells has been closed and will remain closed until January 27th. We apologise for the short notice of this change. Initially, the work was planned with temporary traffic lights, but it has since been upgraded to a full road closure.
During this closure, affected 788 services will be unable to access Upper Grosvenor Road. Instead, they will serve the regular stop at 'Grosvenor Road (Stop I)' and then divert via St John's Road and Powder Mill Lane. Coaches will re-join the normal route at the junction of Powder Mill Lane and Yew Tree Road in High Brooms. This diversion will apply in both directions,
As a result, the affected services will not be able to serve the following stops:
Park Road
Grosvenor Bridge
Queens Road
Silverdale Lane
Silverdale Road
High Brooms Station
High Brooms Post Office
Customers that usually use the above stops are kindly advised to use the following alternatives during the period;
Grosvenor Road (Stop I) - served at the normal timetabled times.
Junction of Powder Mill Lane & Yew Tree Road - served at the times for 'High Brooms Post Office'.
Please click here to see the diversion map.
We thank you for your understanding during this change and further information please do not hesitate to contact us.
Due to Silvertown Tunnel construction works, we regret that we are currently unable to serve our usual AM bus stop Greenwich, Blackwall Lane (Stop MU). We understand that this stop will be suspended until further notice.
Customers usually alighting at this stop are kindly requested to use an alternative stop at either Poplar, Cotton Street (Stop CO) or Canary Wharf, South Colonnade, Canada Square (Stop J). Access to Greenwich from these locations is via DLR stops Blackwall and Canary Wharf.
We thank you for your understanding during this change, and please do not hesitate to contact us for further travel guidance.
Due to the ongoing Thames Tideway project, we are currently unable to serve Blackfriars (Stop B) during our morning commuter service. Customers usually alighting at this bus stop are kindly requested to use City of London, London Bridge (Stop 49) or Temple, Temple Avenue instead.
These works do not affect our PM stop Blackfriars (Stop A), which will be served at the regular scheduled times.
We regret that we do not have a re-opening timeframe for this stop, but we will be in touch as soon as we receive this information from TfL.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused during these changes, and if you require further assistance, you can contact our team via email or by calling 0208 3000 3001.
