Service Updates

Due to a road closure at the junction of Maidstone Rd and Pembury Rd for emergency utility works until 06 Sep at 17:00, we regret that our 786 service coaches cannot access our normal route and stops in Pembury village.

As a result, our 786 coaches this evening and tomorrow morning will instead call at the closest available stop to the village on Pembury Rd, Oakley School, which will be served at the timetabled times for our regular Pembury, opposite The Mews bus stop.

For further advice or information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

After the information we received on Monday 7th October, we now understand that Fenchurch St / Aldgate is closed Eastbound until Thursday 10th of October, and we are therefore unable to access our regular PM bus stop - Fenchurch St (Stop V).

Services will instead divert and serve Tower Hill (Stop TB) at the normal timetabled times for Fenchurch St.

Tower Hill (Stop TB)

Please note this change affects the Fenchurch St stop only, and all other stops are expected to be served as normal.

We will update later on this week if we receive any further changes to this information.

We thank you for your understanding, and if we can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to call us on 0208 300 3001.

Due to Silvertown Tunnel construction works, we regret that we are currently unable to serve our usual AM bus stop Greenwich, Blackwall Lane (Stop MU). We understand that this stop will be suspended until further notice.

Customers usually alighting at this stop are kindly requested to use an alternative stop at either Poplar, Cotton Street (Stop CO) or Canary Wharf, South Colonnade, Canada Square (Stop J). Access to Greenwich from these locations is via DLR stops Blackwall and Canary Wharf.

We thank you for your understanding during this change, and please do not hesitate to contact us for further travel guidance.

Due to the ongoing Thames Tideway project, we are currently unable to serve Blackfriars (Stop B) during our morning commuter service. Customers usually alighting at this bus stop are kindly requested to use City of London, London Bridge (Stop 49) or Temple, Temple Avenue instead.

These works do not affect our PM stop Blackfriars (Stop A), which will be served at the regular scheduled times.

We regret that we do not have a re-opening timeframe for this stop, but we will be in touch as soon as we receive this information from TfL.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused during these changes, and if you require further assistance, you can contact our team via email or by calling 0208 3000 3001.
