Tipples & Treats Evening – Wednesday, 17 December
As a festive thank you for your continued custom, our team will be at Canary Wharf on the evening of Wednesday, 17 December, with complimentary drinks and snacks for you to enjoy onboard our evening services. A small treat from us to you - cheers to 2025!
If you have any questions about services over the Christmas period, please contact us by email, phone, or X, and we will be happy to help.
Due to emergency gas mains works on High Brooms Road, Tunbridge Wells, our 788 services will be diverted via St John’s Road and Powder Mill Lane up to and including Thursday 18 December.
During this period, all 788 services (with the exception of the 788a AM) will serve the stops along St John’s Road shown in the temporary 788 timetable, before diverting via Powder Mill Lane towards High Brooms.
Passengers wishing to board the 788a AM from a stop on St John’s Road are advised instead to use the 786b AM, which operates at similar times along this section of the route.

Please click here for the temporary 788 timetable, outlining pick-up stops and times for the duration of the diversion.

We apologise for any inconvenience these changes may cause and appreciate your understanding during this period. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries or would like further travel guidance.

We regret to inform you that the Hildenborough, Philpots Allotments, Noble Tree Rd bus stop on route 789 in Hildenborough is currently suspended due to a viability review. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Passengers wishing to board or alight at this stop are kindly advised to use the following alternatives:
Due to Silvertown Tunnel construction works, we regret that we are currently unable to serve our usual AM bus stop Greenwich, Blackwall Lane (Stop MU). We understand that this stop will be suspended until further notice.
Customers usually alighting at this stop are kindly requested to use an alternative stop at either Poplar, Cotton Street (Stop CO) or Canary Wharf, South Colonnade, Canada Square (Stop J). Access to Greenwich from these locations is via DLR stops Blackwall and Canary Wharf.
We thank you for your understanding during this change, and please do not hesitate to contact us for further travel guidance.
Due to the ongoing Thames Tideway project, we are currently unable to serve Blackfriars (Stop B) during our morning commuter service. Customers usually alighting at this bus stop are kindly requested to use City of London, London Bridge (Stop 49) or Temple, Temple Avenue instead.
These works do not affect our PM stop Blackfriars (Stop A), which will be served at the regular scheduled times.
We regret that we do not have a re-opening timeframe for this stop, but we will be in touch as soon as we receive this information from TfL.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused during these changes, and if you require further assistance, you can contact our team via email or by calling 0208 3000 3001.
